E85

Alexela can refuel with renewable fuel E85, which contains up to 85% bioethanol.

• Alexela's E85 fuel is suitable for all car manufacturer marked flex fuel vehicles (FFV) and gasoline engines with the appropriate ethanol setting, e.g. racing and hobby vehicles.
• Ethanol fuel produced from biodegradable waste in the Nordic countries reduces carbon emissions by up to 80% compared to the use of fossil gasoline.
• Alexela's E85 is cold-resistant and can be used in winter due to its production technology and raw material selection.
• Ethanol combustion in the engine occurs more completely due to the higher oxygen content, significantly reducing all air emissions.
• In addition, E85 fuel has a lower specific heat of combustion and a higher octane number (RON 104+), allowing to increase engine performance by up to 20%.
• When refueling into a canister, make sure to use a container made of materials suitable for E85 fuel.
• When refueling into a canister, it must be lifted out of the car and placed in front of the fuel tank.

NOTE! Before refueling, make sure that the vehicle to be refueled is capable of using E85 fuel!
