How to pay with the app?

1. Log in -Log in with your user account. If you don't have an account, create one first.
2. Add a payment method - Enter your bank card details so you can make payments.
3. Select a service and location- Select the desired service in the app (e.g., refueling, car wash, etc.) and the location where you want to use the service.
4. Confirm and pay -Confirm the payment in the app, after which you can immediately use the service. For example, in the case of refueling, you can go directly to refuel.

Important to know!

• The fuel discount is valid for customers with an Alexela electricity contract.
• The fuel discount can be used for refueling up to 200 euros per calendar month.
• The fuel discount is valid only when paying with the Alexela app.
• Once the 200 € limit is reached, it is still possible to refuel using the loyalty program with a discount of -5 s/l.
• The offer does not apply when paying with a private or business customer payment card.

Campaign Validity

• The fuel discount of -15 s/l is valid for three months from joining the campaign.
• After three months, the fuel discount of -5 s/l will be automatically applied.
• The -5 s/l fuel discount is valid if there is an electricity contract.
• The highest possible discount is always applied!
